  • Clinical and treatment recordsare retained for a minimum of six years from the date of last treatment, in compliance with applicable healthcare regulations. For patients who are minors, records are retained until the patient turns 25, or for six years from the date of last treatment, whichever is longer.
  • Contact and enquiry recordsfrom website forms or communications are retained for 24 months from the date of the last contact, unless you become a patient, in which case the clinical retention period applies.
  • Financial transaction recordsare retained for seven years in line with our accounting obligations.
  • Website analytics datais retained in anonymised or aggregated form and does not personally identify you after processing.

When your data is no longer required, we securely delete or destroy it in accordance with our data disposal procedures.

Security

How we protect your information

We take reasonable and appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. These measures include:
